 At BagMeUp, customer satisfaction is our top priority — but because of the nature of our premium resale collections, we only accept returns under specific conditions.

Returns or exchanges are only eligible in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item or wrong color

  • You provide clear proof via an unboxing video or a video showing the damage (must be recorded at the time of opening the package)




No Returns Without Unboxing Video – Please Record!
 Please Note :
  • The unboxing video must be unedited and recorded from the moment the package is opened

  • Returns without video proof will not be accepted

  • All return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product

Refund Policy

At BagMeUp, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If your return request is approved based on our policy, you are eligible for a full refund of your purchase amount.

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong item or color

  • You have provided a valid unboxing or damage video as proof

Once your return is approved and the product is received back (if required), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:
  • No refunds will be issued without video proof at the time of unboxing

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering
